Terms of Service — Sales Hunter

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Sales Hunter. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service description

Sales Hunter helps B2B teams identify potential buyers and send personalized first-touch email based on settings you provide. You remain responsible for your outreach, compliance, and the accuracy of information you submit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. The service is intended for B2B use only.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sales Hunter for unlawful spam, harassment, deceptive practices, malware distribution, scraping in violation of third-party terms, or outreach to consumers where B2B consent requirements are not met. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, CASL, and other applicable laws.

Your content and lists

You represent that you have a lawful basis to contact prospects and that your sequences, claims, and targeting comply with applicable law and third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Fees and credits

Paid features are billed according to in-app pricing (including pay-per-buyer usage and signup credits). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (e.g., authentication, email, enrichment). Their terms may apply to your use of those features.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific reply rates, or revenue outcomes. Outreach results depend on market, offer, and execution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales Hunter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Sales Hunter against claims arising from your campaigns, content, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk to the platform, or non-payment. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
